Actor Ritvik Sahore in MX Player’s upcoming web series, Campus Diaries, shares his take on being the one sided lover in two back to back web series
MX Player is packed with content that can easily cater to everyone’s watching preference. As things get back to normal, with colleges opening its doors and welcoming students once again, MX Player brings viewers Campus Diaries, a coming-of-age drama of five students at Excel University. The OTT platform is all set to take the youth of the country on a roller coaster ride in this 12 episode drama that stars Harsh Beniwal, Ritvik Sahore, Saloni Gaur, Salonie Patel, Abhinav Sharma and Srishti Ganguli Rindani, assuring the audience that they shall not fall short of entertainment.
Of this lot, we’re going to introduce you to the yaaron ka yaar, but a bichaara in pyaar – Abhilash essayed by Ritvik Sahore. He is the quintessential good guy, the reliable buddy - always calm and kind-hearted. Coincidentally, even the last time we saw Ritvik in MX Player’s Indori Ishq was when he played a small-town lover boy who found out that he is being cheated on by his girlfriend, which pushes him into a world of insanity and despair. Well, well – here’s hoping that he manages to break this streak of ek tarfa pyaar and find happiness in his relationships once again.
Coming back to Campus Diaries, the makers of the show have a tagline ‘because ISS CAMPUS KI STORY HAI KUCH ALAG WALI,’ thus compelling the audience to binge-watch it from January 7 onwards. Campus Diaries captures the journey of the 5 students pursuing their respective studies in a university. On the other hand, it is about these youngsters learning how to find their way when it comes to conflicts of campus life, the bittersweet highs and lows of college including serious issues like ragging, discrimination based on societal bias’s, one sided love stories, rampant drug abuse and toxic relationships that mould your personality and ready you to face the real world.
